ZSW Series Grizzly Vibrating feeders are usually installed before the primary jaw crushers for feeding and sizing the raw material. They are made of high - strength steel to be able to bear big rock impacts. They are applied to feed evenly to jaw crusher and remove the clay and fines, promote the primary crushing efficiency maximally.

Features

The grizzly rack of the feeder usually is of double or triple steps adaptable itself for the impact of loading shocks. Through the vibration, The materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.
