During the downward stroke,the toggle plate-jaw angle decreases.Driven by the rod and spring system,the movable jaw retracts from the fixed jaw,allowing crushed material to discharge freely through the bottom outlet.

Comprising key components such as the feeding system, main bearings, cylinder, rotation assembly, discharge outlet, and main motor, our ball mills operate through a precisely engineered mechanism. The motor drives the mill’s rotation via gears and reducers at optimized speeds, causing grinding media inside the cylinder to be lifted by centrifugal, frictional, and gravitational forces. As the media cascade or drop from height, materials are crushed by impact forces and finely ground through abrasion. Processed materials are then discharged through the outlet for further treatment.
