Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system ensures safe operation and precise setting adjustments, incorporating a heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder to support the main shaft and facilitate CSS optimization. Integrated automatic overload protection allows tramp iron or non-crushable materials to pass through, after which the system smoothly returns the main shaft to its original position with minimal downtime.
Automatic Control System
Our cone crushers are equipped with an automated setting system that dynamically adapts to varying feed conditions. Through continuous monitoring of liner wear, the system optimizes liner utilization and enables predictive replacement scheduling to align with planned maintenance shutdowns.
