□ FEATURES
All MC series jaw crushers adopt an innovative modular,weld-free frame structure, delivering maximum fatigue resistance,optimal reliability, and flexible installation configurations.
The motor transmits power via a belt drive to the movable jaw,which performs cyclic motion around the eccentric shaft relative to the fixed jaw.As the movable jaw moves upward,the angle between the toggle plate and the jaw increases.When the movable jaw approaches the fixed jaw,materials are crushed through combined compression and shear forces.
During the downward stroke,the toggle plate-jaw angle decreases.Driven by the rod and spring system,the movable jaw retracts from the fixed jaw,allowing crushed material to discharge freely through the bottom outlet.
